⦿ Quantitative Trading Developer

The Quantitative Trading Developer role will provide the candidate with exposure to traders and risk managers, as well as the ability to influence and direct the future of the trading desk. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for trading/financial markets.

Primary Responsibilities include:

⦿ Implement and optimize robust intraday trading algorithms with real time market market data logic processing on callbacks.
⦿ Build tools to aggregate performance of trading strategies over different markets
⦿ Test all live code on simulator of historical data
⦿ Acquire, clean, maintain, datasets as needed
⦿ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
⦿ 2+ years’ of directly related work experience within a trading firm
⦿ Strong background in Python (C++ a positive)
⦿ Ability to translate and deliver trading strategy ideas into production
⦿ Fundamental knowledge of data structures and containers
⦿ Ability to work in a collaborative environment
⦿ Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate ideas to colleagues within all departments/levels of the firm
⦿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
